This blog may have application to those readers who own or are involved with proprietary or publicly held corporations. However, in my work with nonprofit boards many of my client board members were telling me that what I was writing in my series called BOARD SENSE was equally adaptable to their businesses as it was to nonprofit boards. Thinking that such might be the case with many of my readers, I will be publishing several of those BOARD SENSE essays in these blogs from time to time.
